Abstracts
Each registered participant will be entitled to submit one abstract for oral or poster presentation, as principal author, in one of the thematic areas of the meeting.

The number of abstracts you can co-author with other registered authors is unlimited.
The meeting's official language will be English.
The abstracts should be prepared according to the MS Word template available.
The scientific committee will decide between oral and poster communications upon evaluation of the submitted abstracts.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of registered participants will be included).
Instructions for submission of abstracts
Before submitting the abstract, registration of the principal author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will not be accepted.
After registering, you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account after what you can login at the Personal Area.
In the Personal Area you will be able to submit the abstract or edit a previously submitted abstract at any time until the submission deadline. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered.
For each submitted abstract you should indicated the other authors, the thematic area and the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster).
If you do not receive an e-mail confirming registration or submission of the abstract, please verify the spam box or contact the congress secretariat.
Presentation types
Oral communication (13 + 2 min).
Poster (poster size: 90 cm width x 120 cm height).
